We contacted Mark Goode for a 2nd Mortgage December 2014, it was an urgent matter that had to be completed before Christmas (approx. 1 wk. away). Mark took charge and the Mortgage was completed on the 21st of December. Mark’s dedication and push then showed a quality that no other Financial Institution has ever shown to us before. Mark went over and beyond his responsibility to ensure the result of a quick closing was achieved.

Since 2014, we have received Christmas cards from Mark and his office. It is always the first Christmas card we get each year. Although it is a business toot, it is also a warming thought that they remember their customers and do appreciate their business. Since 2014 we experienced a large financial obligation due to health issues and needed help once again. We contacted Mark Goode and were presented with the same caring, non judgemental, positive invitation to deal with them for help. A very informative sit down with them set the foot work for help and within a few short weeks the entire transaction was completed and the stress of future situations was eliminated.
